This Privacy Policy sets out how brixacoin ("we") gathers, uses and protects your personal data when you use and platform. Our role is data controller for these data.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and the like plus verification files demanded by regulators. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling trades, meeting regulation, countering fraud, and platform security, plus consent-based product emails with an instant opt-out.
Who sees data. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payments, KYC), authorities on valid demand, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transactions). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
